Welcome to our website. Multi-Level Marketing -A Beginners Guide .

Put simply, multi-level marketing is where a network of distributors, or independent representatives, sell/market a service or product to groups, or individuals through a number of means. (This could be by word of mouth, party plan, door to door, catalogue or through media advertrising or advertising on the internet etc). As well as selling the product, the distributors also promote the company. They are rewarded by the company not only for their personal sales but are paid a bonus according to the amount of turnover their team achieves. This is the distributor,s reward for introducing other distributors and teaching them how the business works. (Please read on to see this explained in full).

Network Marketing Books: Are They Going to Make You Successful?

Are you searching for the best network marketing books? You can go out and purchase different books how to be successful or you can go by trial and error. The thing with marketing is until you try something you don't really know if that way will work.

Marketing is kind of like trying to pick up a girl. You might try one way then shift to another. If you get the girl with the first try, why would you change the way you did it?

You wouldn't. You are going to stick what works for you and go with it. The best marketers learn from their mistakes and learn what works. They are able to make the change and ride the method they have found successful.

Network Marketing Books: Top Sellers in 2001

According to Amazon some of the top seller books include "How to Build a Large Successful Multi-Level Marketing Organization" and "Your first year in network marketing."

These network marketing books will describe all the different things you are going to learn when you start up with a multi level marketing company. You will learn some advice that will be much needed. They will go over how this isn't a get rich fast scheme. Multi level marketing is about building a team of people who are trying to create the same empire you are.

You aren't going to all of a sudden turn into a millionaire. These network marketing books help a lot to inform you what to expect and how to go about different circumstances.

Network Marketing Books: How to Build a Large Successful MLM Organization

This network marketing book has been around since 1981. The author Don Failla laid out a plan to be successful in sixteen different languages. The book will teach you how to handle your downline as well as how to even go about recruiting people to join your downline.

Mr. Failla points out very clearly how to sponsor and teach your people to duplicate what you are doing. If you're looking for a way to be successful with your MLM this book might be very informative for you.

Network Marketing Books: Teaching you to achieve your goals

Could you imagine finally living a financially free life? Would you enjoy waking up every day doing what you want when you want? I don't know too many people who would answer no to those.

Multi Level Marketing companies make these type of dreams come true. These companies are designed to give people the opportunity to never have to work for a boss again. Some people will be against them from the get go while some will want to jump aboard right away.

If you can build a big enough downline you might never have to work another day in your life. It might take a little while, but the more time, money, and effort you put in the better off you leave yourself.

Reading some of these network marketing books can be very helpful, but the only real way to see what works for you is by trial and error or finding a system.

5 Awesome Ways to Network on Twitter and LinkedIn

1. Find the Creators of the Information You Read

Identify other people and business that have an influence in your Social area of expertise. The best place to start looking is the sites that you relate to for relevant content, such as blogs and websites of similar nature to your content. These people will tend to have a social presence, and you can simply follow them on their Social Media sites, such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Interact with them and like, comment and share their articles or blogs. Once you have done this compliment them with positive feedback.

2. There's no better way than to Become an Author Yourself

Simply join in the conversations in your area of expertise, and begin writing content either for your own blog or to publish on online article platforms. This will allow you to give your opinion and discuss relevant information with people of similar interests on Social networks, causing you to have people reach out to you with advice, comments and ideas of their own.

If you're not the type that likes to write, here is a Secret Key Ingredient: Stick with what you know, and think of questions that you would ask someone in your field, write these down and then attempt to answer the questions, you will be surprised and how much content you will able to create.

3. Tweaking Twitter

Twitter is a great source of information, and the best way to find relevant information is to tweak your searches and filter with relevant keywords to find people and tweets and then simply join the conversation. As an example, if you work in graphic design, the most obvious place to start would be a keyword like "graphic design."

This isn't rocket science, its simple and does require some trial and error to find what works for you. It is always a good idea to play around with different keywords and join conversations where you find something of interest. One of the best ways is to reply to peoples tweets and give your opinions, with a link to your sites or social presence.

4. Join LinkedIn and related Groups

These are some of the best forums to join online, and all you need to do is a quick group search your related discussions and join the online conversations with others in your niche. It is always a good idea, before you join these groups to do your research and make sure that they have valuable information to help you. If you work in the Car-Auto Industry, then, a Healthcare group is a definite no. Some of the groups are open, and some are by invite only. Look around at what others are discussing in the groups and make sure it fits with your niche.

5. Keep an open Eye for people Who are Looking at You

Scan through the people whom have viewed your LinkedIn Profile, and when you find that is appropriate connect with them, and engage in conversation showing interest and creating a New Professional Relationship.

Network Marketing: Your First Step to Achieve Your Dreams

Everybody has a dream. A dream that gives you time freedom and financial freedom. But unfortunately our dreams involve money to reach it and the question is that, how can I achieve my dream?

The answer is own a business. Having your own business will in fact generates income. But if we are talking about dreams, we are talking big dreams that will sustain your future financial security.

The principle of having a business is that if you want to earn big money, you must invest big money and if you want small income, you just need to invest small amount of money. The question is, which one do you choose? Of course, you will choose the business that will let you earn big income. Do you have huge amount of money to invest?

Most people dreamed of owning their own medium to big corporate businesses but their number hindrance is the lack of money to invest in. Is it really the lack of money or the lack of idea how much money they really need to start their own business.

The number one factor to success of owning a business is having your own tested and proven system. The fact is that, having a tested business system requires the experience to fail. Ouch, how sad is that. The good thing is that, if you do some studies first, you might minimize the damage of your early days in your business.

Is there any other choice or business model of starting ones business that don't need a system and high cost of investment? The good news is yes, there is. And this business model is called Network Marketing.

Network marketing is a system of moving products from factory to consumers through an organization of users, retailers and network builders. Meaning, the process of distributing the products is lessened.

Unlike distributing products using the traditional business, the product will come from the factory, to the area wholesalers, brokers, grocery stores some times small stores. The bad news is that, the price of the goods will also rise as every middleman also needs to earn. Another thing is that, for advertising using various advertising media. This makes the product so pricey when it reach to the end user.

The question is that, why not give those advertising fees to the retailers or users? This will make them earn great profits. Yes, and that systematic strategy is the so called network marketing.

The very good thing about this business model is that, you don't need to invest huge amount of money. You don't need to own a business system because the distribution company will give this to you once you invest to a networking company.

That is why, I consider this network marketing business model as one of the first step of achieving your big dreams. Own a business today through network marketing. By the way, check out my next article on how to choose the right networking company.

Become the "Commissioner" of Your Career Transition - Network Like A Champion

If you're like me, this is the beginning of your favorite time of year. It's football season! Autumn's colors and cooler temperature are almost here. You can feel your passions for your favorite college and professional teams building with each day of training camp. If you're a current or former player, the thoughts of the long, hot summer workouts are filling your mind. You're ready for the season to begin and you're going to actively follow your team's progress.

However, if you're sick and tired of your current career and you have a strong desire to change companies (or change your entire career), autumn is the time to start actively playing the networking game. Yes, networking can be viewed as a game for several reasons:

· It's fun!

· Many organizations (leagues) have several networking events planned after the summer vacation season ends (the off season).

· There are strategies to doing it effectively (your playbook).

· You need to take action to execute your strategies (making the plays).

· There are measurable results found in the strength of your relationships and your bank account (the trophy).

A lot like football, wouldn't you agree?

As with any game, you'll want to have a plan to win the game. Here are four tips to include in your activities:

1. Show up on time and stay until the end

Just like an interview, on time means 10-15 minutes early. That's because you'll need to find a parking space and to sign in. You may want to freshen up a bit if the event is held after business hours. You don't want to feel rushed. You'll also get a jump on your networking activities with the organizers and the other early attendees.

Staying until the end is also valuable networking time because as the crowd thins, there's more time for you to find out the goals and interests of those that are still there. It allows you to have more "face time" with those you met earlier and possibly set follow up meeting times.

2. Plan what type of contacts you'd like to make

Are you looking to meet with a business owner or a mid-level or upper manager because they're in touch with the hiring decision maker? Do you want to connect with new attendees in a particular field because they may have connections that will lead to your new position? Do you want to meet with a sales professional because they call on a wide variety of clients?

All of those strategies can be used successfully if you pick and choose your networking events carefully. I recommend that you make a plan to meet 3 - 5 solid contacts with just one of those goals in mind. Doing so will give your networking activities focus, and after the meeting, a sense of accomplishment.

3. Plan the follow up with your new contacts

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to fail to do the follow up after the meeting. If you don't plan to do the follow ups, there really is no reason for you to play the game.

Make a phone call, or send a card or a letter stating how much you enjoyed meeting them. Let them know that you'd like to meet with them again to find out more about them and their company. You may want to use an information interview format, or a focused conversation about their goals, accomplishments, and challenges. Be sure to keep the meeting 30 minutes, unless told otherwise.

Though you may be looking for a new position, make sure you focus your follow up activities on finding out more about your meeting partner. Showing genuine interest for their goals and interests will make you memorable down the road when a position opens that requires your skills and talents. After they've given you their information, they'll likely give you the opportunity to do the same.

4. Reconnect with those you know

You can't ignore those you've made contact with in the past. If you want them to remember you in flattering terms, make sure you greet them as enthusiastically as those with whom you're hoping to meet.

That doesn't mean spending the entire event talking to those you know. You're there to make new contacts. Spend a few minutes greeting acquaintances. Ask what's new with them and their business. If you remember that a specific event or challenge was coming up for them, find out how things went and offer assistance, if possible. To make a "soft break" from the conversation, you may also want to ask them to help you by having them introduce you to those you'd like to meet.

The summer season usually means a slowdown in networking activities. Make sure you're ready to get back in the game in a big way by using the end of summer as your training camp for the networking season ahead of you.

5 Reasons You Should Network With Other Creative Professionals

Why should you network with other creative professionals?

Sometimes 24 hours just doesn't seem like enough time to get through that never ending to-do list. With the pressures of continually finding new clients and getting the work finished with a quick turnaround, why should you leave time for networking with other creative professionals, and how can this be advantageous to you?

1. They face the same problems as you do

Whether you know it or not, you are a wealth of knowledge, and so are your creative counterparts. From problems getting payment from a difficult client, to sitting spending hours stubbornly trying to figure out a masking technique on Photoshop may be self-gratifying in the end, but it not the most efficient way to work when there is a client waiting. A quick shout out on social networking sites/forums could instantly point you in the direction of a great tutorial, or get someone to share a neat trick for achieving the result you want in a fraction of the time. Plus it is an engaging way of maintaining an online presence.

Friends and family are of course a great support to you, but no one else understands the technical difficulties faced when shooting a sporting event than another sports photographer.

2. They can help you bring in more work

Ever considered or experienced the scenario where a client may approach a creative professional, only for them (to be fortunate enough) to be too busy to take on the project? Well you could be their top referral- "I know a great designer who could help you... " and in the near future, the favour could be returned. Often enquiries can also come along that are not quite relevant to your field or your niche, and so are passed along to someone who specialises in this area.

Many people also sub-contract their projects out to other creative professionals, e.g. a graphic designer has created t-shirt designs for an up and coming fashion website, they now need a photographer to shoot their work for publishing on the website (which the client still needs built). The client will often ask the people working for them for such recommendations.

3. They are a source of inspiration

You should actively look through the portfolios/articles/links of your counterparts if you don't already do so. There is a wealth of inspiration out there. Also look at the more successful among us for examples of the language they use to represent and conduct themselves on their website/social media/emails. What is the consistent tone/length/information? Is there something you could tweak regarding the way you communicate both graphically and textually?

4. They can critique/mentor you

There are many stories of this sort of collaboration and a beauty of it is that it is rarely one-sided. You can help each other get up to speed on different techniques. Appraising each other's work is a common and valuable exercise and encourages you to look at work more closely; the devil is in the detail. This sort of interaction improves your communication, adaptation and listening skills.

5. As a means of keeping on top of current trends and topics in your industry (and that of your clients)

You've been working away with your nose to the grind stone, but when did you last come up for air and take time to pick up on current trends and topics relevant to your field? Being bang up to date on the subject will enable you to offer clients the freshest ideas and work you can, if that is what they are after, and a sound knowledge of what is current in their industry will inform you of how best to marry the two.

At tendify, our aim is to support the creative industries and improve the process of prospective clients both finding and appointing creative professionals.
